Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Cordiul website and platform. By creating an account or using Cordiul you agree to them.

The service

Cordiul Ltd (“Cordiul”, “we”, “us”) provides an outbound sales platform: lead data and buying signals, AI research and writing, multichannel sequences, a parallel dialer, and CRM sync. We may improve or change features over time; if we materially reduce what your plan includes, we will tell you first.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorised to act for the company you sign up on behalf of. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including team members you invite.

Acceptable use

Cordiul is built for lawful B2B outreach. Using it, you agree to:

  • Comply with the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam, telemarketing, and data protection rules such as the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and the TCPA, and honour do-not-call and do-not-contact requests.
  • Honour opt-outs promptly. Suppression and unsubscribe mechanisms built into the platform must not be removed or circumvented.
  • Not send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, and not misrepresent who you are, including in AI-personalised voicemail drops, which may only clone a voice with that person's consent.
  • Not resell, scrape, or bulk-export the lead database outside normal use of the product.
  • Not attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the service or use it to build a competing dataset.

We may suspend accounts that put deliverability, phone number reputation, or other customers at risk while we work with you to resolve the issue.

Your data

You own your data: your prospect lists, content, recordings, and CRM records. You grant us the rights needed to run the service on that data, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists and for call-recording consent where your jurisdiction requires it.

AI features

Duo drafts research and outreach for you. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so review it before it goes out; you are responsible for what you send. We do not allow our model providers to train on your data.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Annual billing is discounted and paid upfront. Trials are free, require no card, and end automatically: if you do not subscribe, your workspace data is deleted within 30 days. You can cancel any time; your plan then runs to the end of the paid period. Usage allowances, such as calling minutes, are as described on the pricing page.

Termination

You can stop using Cordiul and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the agreement for material breach of these terms, including acceptable-use violations, or if the service is discontinued, with reasonable notice where practical. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Cordiul is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, meeting volumes, deliverability rates, or connection rates, which depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we update these terms materially we will notify account owners by email before the change takes effect. Questions? Email hello@cordiul.com.
